The H5 is set with a default speed of 25 km/h, making it ideal for outdoor exploration and long-distance rides. When the speed limit is removed, the e-bike can reach a top speed of up to 65 km/h. For instructions on how to safely unlock the speed limit, please contact our customer service team.

The H5 meets the IPX6 waterproof standard, protecting against light to moderate rain and splashes.
Avoid riding in heavy rain or extreme weather, and never leave the bike exposed for long periods. Ride safely at all times.
The estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days. Certain exceptional situations may result in logistic delays.
We have pre-assembled 90% of the bike for you. You only need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat and handlebars, and attach a few remaining parts to be ready to ride.
