Your bike arrives 90% pre-assembled. All you need to do is tighten the wheel bolts, fit the saddle, handlebars, and front wheel, and connect a few remaining parts — then you're ready to ride.
Regular care helps extend battery life: avoid leaving it fully charged or fully depleted for long periods, and keep it within a moderate charge range; store it somewhere dry and at room temperature, away from extreme heat or cold; if you're not riding for a while, charge and discharge it periodically to keep it in good condition.

The bike is too demanding for my own assembly. I even looked for a video on the net to connect the rear lights. The bike is very heavy and robust. You need to be careful in turns, the turning angle is small. The bike works or it doesn't work. Every other start, or if it constantly reports an error ERROR 25H, BRAKE ERROR while riding. I got gray hair because of the problems. The plastic that covers the middle where the connection unit is is of poor quality, as it already cracked during the first assembly. This bike is afraid of slopes. A little disappointed with its power. Despite the effort, I couldn't handle it. I had a feeling that 1000-1600 W would be enough, but I was wrong. To err is human.

Great bike, I am very satisfied. I would like to give 5 stars, but there are 2 little things. First, when the basket is mounted, it is very close to the saddle, I solved the problem with a longer saddle bar so that I could sit above the basket. And the second thing I noticed was that the plastic cladding of the control was slightly broken. It was probably tightened a little too tightly during assembly. But driving fun without the end is very happy to have bought the Vitilan T7 Pro.

Ich bin echt enttäuscht von dem Support der Firma, Zu den ganzen Beschädigungen, tiefe Kratzer am vorbau, an der Federgabel und bei Lieferung schaute eine schraube aus dem Karton, welche sich nach dem Öffnen des Karton als Achse des Vorderrad heraus stellte, kommt hinzu das die Batterie nicht richtig geladen wird. Vom Support kam bei der ersten Beanstandung das da eine schraube aus dem Karton ragt, ich solle erst ein mal aufmachen und zusammenbauen die defekten Teile würde man dann austauschen, gesagt getan, also alles ausgepackt um dann die Ganzen Kratzer zu finden. Ich hab dann das Bike zusammengebaut in der Annahme die würden die defekten Teile schon tauschen. Dann kam das aufladen, Akku war bei etwas über 50%, also angeschlossen. Am nächsten Tag, 24 Stunden später war ich grad mal so bei 70%, eine Woche später, immer noch angeschlossen und nicht gefahren, war die anzeige bei 92%, ich hatte zwischenzeitlich etliche mails diesbezüglich geschrieben, und auf die Kratzer wurde geantwortet man würde mir nen lachstift schicken, auf den fehler mit dem Akku wurde gar nicht so richtig eingegangen. Also mein Fazit ist, das Bike schaut gut aus aber der Support der Firma Vitilan ist das aller letzte, um nicht zu sagen eine Frechheit. Ich werde das ganze jetzt an einen Anwalt abgeben. Überlegt euch zweimal ob ihr von dieser Firma ein Fahrrad kauft. Karsten Lerner
Vitilan 7Tpro. Chamaleon. It’s my 4th fat bike. This is an amazing bike. Beautiful bike. The pedal assist is very quick and responsive. I love the ride and the feeling. The suspension is really amazing. The handlebar could be a bit higher. The display is very cool (amazing display). The charger is lightweight and compact. It takes loooong time to fully charge but i don’t mind. Best bike ever cuality/ price.

The ordering process and delivery were correct and fast. I am satisfied with everything. The bike looks really good in real life. It is striking, unusual. Especially the yellow color. However, its handling is so stable even on a gravel road down the mountain. The suspension is good. Its power is like a trained horse. You still have to get used to it and try to find the optimal setting. I like to work on the bike, it is not good when the engine runs out from under me. With energy-saving driving, you can gain many extra km. Of course, riding a bike is also an experience, only then the amps wear out more. It reaches maximum speed very quickly. Using it is an experience. I will love it, but I will also keep my e-bike mountain bike. It has a more solid appearance, less extravagant.

Dieses Bike ist der Hammer. Der Aku hält richtig lange. Die Farbe habe ich extra Bezahlt. Sie ist aber jeden Cent wert. Das Reck / Gepäckträger muss man extra kaufen, MIT Rücklicht.Mein Bike ist auf 25 km reduziert worden, reicht aber vollkommen aus. Da ich es nicht ohne Führerschein schneller fahren darf. Da es im Deutschland verboten ist. Der Aku hat so einen SCHUB, wenn man die Stufen hoch stellt. Es ist nur ein wenig Schwer. Habe aber nicht bei der Größe auf gepasst, ich bin nur 1,65cm groß. Das Bike ist ein 28 er. Also muss ich ein wenig improvisieren. 😁😋🤭 Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Bike. 👍👍👍👍🙋🏻
An excellent bike – or rather, a motorcycle – for the money. You can ride 40–50 km around the city almost entirely using the throttle grip, with minimal pedaling. On longer trips, you’ll need to pedal actively – I’d estimate its real range with active pedaling is around 80–100 km. It’s very powerful and fast. There are some torque-related issues on tricky surfaces like sand or steep climbs – the motor tends to stall. In such cases, you'll have to shift to higher gears and pedal hard to help the motor. Yes, the bike is heavy – but that actually helps: it feels stable and confident at high speeds and in crosswinds. Another big plus: the design is fantastic – it looks really cool. Overall: I definitely recommend it. ⚙️ It wasn’t instant love – I had to resolve several issues before I could fully enjoy the ride: 1. The saddle position was way too low due to an extremely short seat post. I ordered the official seat post extension, which arrived a week after the bike. Also, while the saddle is soft, its shape is quite uncomfortable – I had to replace it. 2. There were a lot of unwanted noises from day one: a. The rear kickstand was rattling and couldn’t be fixed – I just removed it. b. The front fork bolt was loose and rattled on every bump. I didn’t find the cause immediately, but it was fixed by simply tightening the nut. c. The chain kept hitting the frame on rough terrain – I had to tape the frame and tighten the chain. 3. The rear brakes failed during my first long ride. A repair specialist later explained that a nut had been incorrectly tightened. It fell off under stress, the hydraulic fluid leaked out, and I had to ride home using only the front brake. 4. The battery level display sometimes glitches. It occasionally drops by 30% suddenly, and then resets to the correct value after turning the bike off and on again. This can be unsettling, especially when you're far from home and counting on those 30%. 🔧 What I would improve: 1. Make the front light more powerful – brightness is not enough for night riding. 2. Add a wire or port for connecting a rear light to the rack – there’s no visible connector. 3. Include a bottle holder mount – it’s really missing. 4. Consider offering a Mid-Drive motor option. It looks like the frame has a slot for one, and I’d definitely buy another bike if that were available.
Really Nice bike, runs extremely well and the battery range is very good. All in all a great bike for the price. It is a bag bike but Even my wife at 1.60 cm have no problem riding it with confidence.
Hallo liebes Vitilan Team Das Fahrrad kam sehr schnell und gut verpackt bei mir an. Es lies sich auch sehr gut zusammen bauen, leider fehlte die Markierung auf der Lenkerstange um es in die richtge Positon zu bringen so musste ich dieses mit dem Augenmaß machen. Insgesammt fühlt sich alles sehr hochwertig und gut verarbeitet an.Das Vitilan fährt sich sehr angenehm. Die Sattelstange ist leider etwas kurz man sollte für das Fahrrad nicht größer als 1.80m sein. Fazit ein sehr gutes Bike für einen guten Preis.
