L5 FAQS
The estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days. Certain exceptional situations may result in logistic delays.
We have pre-assembled 90% of the bike for you. You only need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat and handlebars, and attach a few remaining parts to be ready to ride.
Vitilan offers a 12–18 month warranty on all electric bikes, with the L5 covered for 18 months.
