Pretty good bike, I Like it. To bad that controler on the left handlebar is diferent then you promote it, also to bad that seat bracket is to short. Iam 177cm and seat is to low for me. Need few more cm to be fit. Someone with bigger hight would have even more problem. Otherwise, i like bike and also good customer support. Thank you

Extremely happy with the bike. All works as advertised. Had a 2 days delay on the scheduled delivery due to my postcode on order incorrectly inputted on the fedex delivery address. It has been fixed after I contacted fedex and gave them correct postcode delivery arranged the same day.

Just received Vitilan L5, we love the ride so far. Nice and powereful, deosnt leave you wanting for more power going up hills etc. The display is great and all the other things that come as standard are great like, mud guards, lights, bell, back rack, kick stand, comfy seat. Was a bit more difficult to put together than I thought it would be, Mainly aligning the front wheel so that it didn't rub on the caliper. Would be helpful it the instructional video could be a bit slower and spell out what is happening a bit more. But so far very happy with the bike.
