Хороший велосипед. Удобный. В сложенном состоянии без проблем влазит в багажник автомобиля. Аккумулятор можно снять для зарядки дома. Разгоняется шустро. В настройках компьютера можно настроить разные параметры для удобной езды. Максимальная скорость 40км/ч. С попутным ветром можно разогнать до 45км/ч. Покупкой доволен.

The bicycle has not worked from the very beginning. I have checked everything myself and contacted support, but they were unable to help me. I would like to exercise my right of withdrawal, as advertised, especially since the defect is not my fault. Contrary to your advertisements, the process is not easy at all. First, I received a defective product, and now the return process is being made unnecessarily difficult. This is unacceptable."

Очень хороший велосипед, претензий нет. Собрался быстро, только вот ключ на 18 пришлось поискать отдельно, в комплекте не было (не предусмотрен). Это мой первый электровелосипед, так что для меня все отлично. Едет мощно, в горку и против ветра легко. Кстати, доставили быстро. PS: к сожалению, 25 км/ч он выдаёт только при полной зарядке, потом только 20-22 км/ч.

Received wrong part and first reply from support was to send the support video how to assemble the correct part and second one was ”we do not recommend to assemble that part at all”. Third time contacting I got a promise to send correct part, but I have not yet received it. Otherwise bike was ok, but had a little louder sound that I expected.

Delivery was a day earlier than expected. Assembly of the bike was straight forward. I really like all the things that are normally options on other bikes that were included.
The bike is great and i love it. The bike's quality is also really good. Riding this bike feels very comfortable and it easy rides offroad, too. The only thing is, when i ordered the bike, a free front rack was included, but it didn't came with front rack. But the Bike is a really good buy.

Gave it 4 stars, it would have been 5 but the speed shown on one of the bikes is all over the place showing you speeding up even as you come to a stand still, don’t know what if anything can be done to put this right. Otherwise it is a great little bike.

Ho aspettato un mese prima di commentare ma posso dire che soddisfa tutte le mie necessità, con la prima carica di batteria ho fatto 60 km, e non era ancora scarica. La spinta è buona, la trovo comoda ma ho dovuto regolare l'inclinazione della sella che pendeva vero dietro. Ho sbloccato solo l'acceleratore perchè aiuta nella partenza in salita, la velocità massima l'ho lasciata legale a 25 km, non vedo la necessità di andare oltre, sempre una bici rimane. Spero duri nel tempo e non mi dia problemi a garanzia scaduta. Per me ottima davvero.
