The bike is great, I bought 2 for myself and my wife. After unpacking, I had to adjust the brakes and adjust the plates in the brake pads because they were too loose. I also purchased a larger 58T bottom bracket sprocket and I don't have to pedal like a rabbit in 5th gear. The Bafang engine is quiet and you only hear it when accelerating at full power. I drove 85 kilometers on a full battery, mainly on level 4 and 5, so it's great. I also considered Engwe Engine PRO 2.0, but it is made with inferior components and has a noisy engine of unknown origin. I highly recommend i7 PRO.
The bike was even better than I dared to hope for. Finely finished details. Bright display and comfortable saddle. No rattling when riding. Great working drivetrain and assist. Strong purchase recommendation 💪.

Very fast delivery but the frontwheel was not assembled. Also the manual does not say anything about every display setting.
But overall I really love the bike.
A week earlier I put my wife’s e bike together , went well , been enjoying watching her ride off into the country. So looking forward to my e bike arriving . Delivery by courier was brilliant , found us and delivered to the house . Bike out of the box well , had some experience , so the build went well. Looked very impressive , had the battery on charge , so ready . Tried without electric , worked well . Battery in [ hinge tight , difficult to fold ] after a fight , turned the key . Nothing , completely dead . Pressed the start button lhs. Of handlebars Nothing. Battery out , check on charge , battery green light . Back in , display dead . Disappointed Yes , extremely disappointed, Yes . No idea how now to proceed, maybe either the switch in the battery [ key ] or the switch on the handlebars is faulty . Help required .
El envío fue rápido, el servicio postventa de vitilan muy atento en proponer soluciones y resolverme las dudas de la bicicleta. La bici es muy bonita y robusta. La puesta a punto de la bicicleta, frenos, suspensión y respuesta del motor es excelente.
-Los puntos negativos, el peso, el asiento no está a la altura del resto de componentes y los pedales resbalan.
-En la pantalla los grados farenheit no se pueden cambiar a Celsius y la velocidad máxima no se puede subir en la pantalla a más de 41k/h, algo que me sorprendió pues en los reviews no parece ser así, así que es algo que están haciendo en las últimas entregas.
El acelerador tampoco se puede anular desde la pantalla ni mecánicamente porque la centralita da fallo. Si hablas con soporte y estás interesado te pueden facilitar una controladora modificada para tal fin, el precio no lo sé, decidí dejarlo así.
Me hubiera gustado saber todo lo anterior. Con todo lo dicho, la recomiendo, he de admitir que es una gran bici y estoy satisfecho con la compra.

Fully loaded with gear my wife and I get 65 miles with 20% battery left. I would comfortably ride them 75-80 miles before needing to change battery's or charge.
