The customer service at Vitalan is amazing. I have ordered inner tubes & break pads for my Vitalan U3 ekectric bike . After online order i received not only order confirmation email but also email from Vitalan customer service asking about my bike making sure they are sending me the right break pads . I think that is absolutely great service as avoided me ordering the wrong break pads ( what i actually did ) . They ask me for few pictures of the bike and send me the correct break pads for no extra charge. Well done ! Once again thank you. Keep up with such an amazing customer service!

Fantastic excellent product the brakes are really high quality I had changed my pad brake pads like more than 4000 kms I had used many ebikes mostly engwe they had good quality but hands down U7 ebike is absolutely beast of a bike no competition with any other brand all components are high quality I am really impressed best of luck vitilan keep building ebikes like this
