I generally like the bike. The i7 frame ( battery bar ) is really hard to get my leg over. One time I came to a stop, couldn’t get my leg over the bar and past the seat so I crashed sideways hard onto the pavement with the heavy bike on top of me and I couldn’t move. I had to really struggle to remove myself from under the heavy bike. I feel I bought the wrong bike. I should have gotten one without the high central frame. It’s hard to get off every time. I have to come to a complete stop, jump forward off my seat, put my feet on the ground. Unlock the seat and push it all the way down and then get off. I don’t ever want to be under the bike again. One other thing, I wish the handle bar was about 2 inches wider on each side. No room for proper mirrors that extend. The mirrors that come with the bike are a joke! I only see myself and no way to see behind me at all. Lastly, I wish it had a bit more power. I’m 100kg and up some hills I have to pedal hard in 1st gear. The bike also seems to have resistance not sure why. I have followed the video for extending the power but it’s still not quite enough. Is there more? Riding the bike is fun but I wish I’d bought the one without the upper frame bar. Is it possible to exchange at this point??
